Jakob Lena Knebl
Ma Poupée
27/04/2018 - 23/06/2018

In her new series Ma Poupée the artist Jakob Lena Knebl is continuing her approach towards art and design-objects of modernity.  In those she brings up the mechanisms of constructing identity by desire while also making her own references visible.

Starting form a protrait series with a Hans Bellmer doll, spaces of desire are installed where body, object and image are staged to form an alternative reference system in which she merges diverse subject areas and atesthetics.
